Chacha is made of grape distillates by a Georgian traditional technology. After the fermentation, the pomace and the last fraction of the pressing wine is triple steam distilled in a traditional way. The structure of Chacha, a Georgian special drink, gives a sweet warm taste with a long vanilla aroma finish on the palate.
